New technologies are increasingly changing business and communication. At a time when non-disabled people can communicate without limitations, let’s make sure that Deaf people can also communicate without barriers! Deaf people are niche clients who, compared to the overall number of clients, constitute a small percentage. It does not mean, however, that they are less significant clients. Modern online translation systems are not something that financial institutions should be afraid of – implementing such a service can become a way to acquire a new, not very well-managed group of clients.
